By ordering an AurumStream subscription or reseller pack you agree to the terms below.

AurumStream provides access to private media servers that stream television channels and on-demand content. We sell access to our own infrastructure and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any broadcaster, channel or content owner.
Each subscription allows a defined number of simultaneous streams, matching the number of screens purchased. Sharing your credentials beyond that limit may result in suspension without refund.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You choose when to renew and for how long.
Credentials are delivered by WhatsApp and email, usually within 5 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may be slightly longer during exceptional demand.
You agree not to record, rebroadcast, resell (unless you hold a reseller account), or publicly display the content delivered through the service.
Any attempt to attack, reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure will result in immediate termination without refund.
Credits purchased for a reseller panel do not expire and are non-transferable between panels. Resellers are solely responsible for their own customers, pricing and communications.
We target 99.99% uptime. Occasional maintenance, upstream source changes or force majeure events may briefly interrupt certain channels. Such interruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund, but we will extend affected subscriptions where appropriate.
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
